We rent this lovely home every year and hope to continue to come back. The home is very clean, well equipped and in a great location. The backyard is especially nice and peaceful.

A truly amazing property nestled in the hills just above main street Cambria. The family I enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities, the cleanliness and comfort of the property, as well as the peacefulness of the home and the surrounding community.

This home is greatly appointed with everything that you might need. Having three full bathrooms is and extra bonus! The living is cozy and a great place to have a glass of wine and visit with friends. We enjoyed the home very much and would definitely recommend this home to three couples or as with us, three single ladies who have been friends for years!

I left a review in the guest book of this property. The owner has provided so many nice touches. It's beautiful inside and out. Big House, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (no Keurig), enjoyable outside garden and patio areas.

Beautiful place but our last few visits we’ve noticed a moldy, wet smell in the main bedroom. The water filtration also has not worked both visits. Otherwise this is still one of our favorite places to stay while vacationing.

We stayed at this house in April and liked it so much, we made plans to return in December to take the Hearst Castle holiday tour. Enchanted Gardens was decked out for Christmas, inside and out. The single story house with king size bed, efficient heater, stocked kichen has everything one needs. It is classy and well maintained.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our every need. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The cleaning staff had done an excellent job...much appreciated. Our difficulties with the TVs were quickly taken care of when we made a call to the management company. Our favorite spot in the house was the lovely breakfast room with beautiful natural lighting and garden views. We’d definitely stay here again.

Home Sweet Home, lovely home, great place to stay, super lean, nice and quite, great get away.

What a beautiful house! The minute you stepped in, you felt at home. It was even decorated with a Fall theme with a bowl of treats in the kitchen and living room. The description says 2 bathrooms but there are actually 3 so that was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved eating breakfast in the sunroom off of the kitchen. So peaceful with the doors and windows overlooking the gardens. We strolled through the garden admiring the fruit trees, plants, and bird houses. We even saw a hummingbird! Although, it was closed, we took a stroll to see the Nitt Witt Ridge House which was about a 15 min. walk. The location is great close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Four BFFs from elementary school on our yearly get together found a perfect house to enjoy our time together. Thank you, we loved our stay, and would definitely rent again.

The Enchanted Gardens of Cambria did not disappoint. While it was not a walkable home to town, by car it was less than 5 minutes. It sits up top of a hill and the grounds are stunning. Flowers, fruit trees, outdoor seating and peace and quiet surround you. The house itself was decorated for fall and was very clean and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is beyond well stocked. Being able to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast and listen to the birds chirp was wonderful. There is even a little blue jay that takes peanuts from the back porch. Peanuts are provided! The house is also close to the market so stocking up was very easy. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Cambria area.

One of the truly great single level properties in all of Cambria. Weather on Pine Knoll Estates is unique from other beach front properties we have experience in past years. The property is superbly adorned, with all the amenities that one could possibly desire. The property management company was very professional, in attending to any issues during our stay. The owners have maintained and upgraded their property each year that we have stayed there, not only for their benefit, but for the enjoyment and pleasure of the tenants. Nestled in one on the nicer neighborhoods in Cambria, this property is truly an experience that we have enjoyed multiple times.

This was our fifth stay at this home, as always, perfect.

Awesome except the TV

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Enchanted Gardens property. The property is exquisite in appearance, and the serene nature of the neighborhood enhanced our stay. We really enjoyed the "Micro-Climate" of the neighborhood of where the property is located. The property contains all of the amenities that tenants looking for an upper end property could want. The property management company was very helpful in helping us to settle into the property upon arrival. It was an absolute wonderful property.

King bed extremely hard. Had to buy a king heater blanket to help soften. Did not help much spent most of Vaca in pain. Had to go to chiropractors upon returning home. Just now recovering after two weeks. Neighbors came over as porch light shined in their window. Next door neighbor gave us hostile looks each time we saw him. Nice home. Just because a bed lasts forever doesn't mean it's good for you. A lot of money spent recovering. Would appreciate some type of compensation if possible. Tub beautiful and house a great getaway. Property Management excellent!

The Enchanted Gardens was so much more tha we expected. We made these reservations at the last minute because another vacation venue was unreachable (weather and landslides).
It was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. So much room to move around. All rooms beautifully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with every utensil you could possibly need.
The gardens were quite spectacular and enhanced the coziness of the experience.

The only issues were minor repairs needed in the bathrooms and the tv set up needs instructions. Like last visit the master bedroom tv needed to be reset to function. Otherwise this is a perfect getaway home.

My bedspread had stains, two bedrooms had bad mattresses, dishwasher not working, oven dirty, a couple of blinds not working, TV a joke - with 3 books we could not figure it out. toilets too low For the money we paid we were disappointed. My friend lived on the street for 14 years and we know people there so we choose it for social reasons.

Our family has vacationed during the Summertime in Cambria for over twenty years. We've enjoyed staying in many nice properties close to the beach, and others closer to downtown Cambria. We've never enjoyed a property as much as the 1113 Pinewood property with all of the amenities that it has to offer. The master bedroom suite, bathroom and walk-in closet were absolutely fabulous. The sunroom was delightful for breakfast dining, and the patio was spacious, private and wonderful for the outdoor afternoon and evening grilling we enjoyed with family and friends. The property was meticulously decorated throughout, and the gardens very accurately described the overall decor and theme of the property during our time there. The neighborhood was quiet, yet we were able to experience some of the local wildlife and beautiful trees in the area. Besides enjoying an absolute wonderful property, Scenic Coast Property Management was very helpful and timely in responding to the needs that did arise during our stay. The attention to detail by the owners of this property represent the very best that Cambria has to offer.

This home is perfectly named Enchanted Gardens of Cambria! It is so peaceful and relaxing to sit in the backyard gardens or sit in the front yard and watch the deer and wild turkeys.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with its charming outdoor and garden areas.

House was great, VRBO fees are ridiculous.

This rental far exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect for my family of four. It was spacious and well decorated. It was a very comfortable rental and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The backyard was so delightful with the lemon and orange trees surrounding the area. The deck was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. Wine country and the beach was not far by we did both within a 15 minute drive. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and beautifully situated up in the hills of Cambria. Would visit this house again anytime.

Need better electrical with easier access in bedrooms for phones.
Heat was inconsistent in home, one side of the house was boiling hot ...the other was cold.
We very much enjoyed our stay... Some of these issues could be fixed some cannot...just suggestions for the most part for improvements.

We stayed the week-edn and loved the space. Comfortable beds, lots of room and great amenities in the kitchen. Also lots of places to hang out outside. Highly recommended!

We LOVED everything about this exquisite home. Cozy inside and out, close to town, nice quiet neighborhood, and all essentials in the well stocked kitchen. Beds and baths were comfortable, and the master-closet was to die for! We will definitely stay here again when we’re fortunate enough to visit beautiful Cambria.

Rental , was maintained and amenities stocked well . Beautiful home , plenty of room for 6 adults . Would recommend this property and we will rent it again ! ...Good location for wine tasting , close to Morro bay and Pismo Beach .

The house and gardens are beautiful. Everything one could need was there. Beside the comfortable interior there are several places outdoors to sit and soak in the beauty of the gardens. Many thanks to the owners for a great stay.
