Welcome to "Three Little Birds," a beach house located in Marine Terrace, Cambria. The house name was inspired by the soothing cooing of Cambrian mourning doves, which can often be heard on its doorstep, and the comforting lyrics of Bob Marley's song "Three Little Birds." This vacation home offers a relaxing and reassuring feeling that "every little thing, gonna be all right" during your stay.
With unobstructed panoramic ocean views from both floors, this home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it perfect for families and groups of friends. The house is conveniently located just three blocks from the beach bluff and approximately five blocks from the South entrance of the Fiscalini Ranch.
The house features one master bedroom with a king size bed and one bedroom with a full size bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle and a bathroom on the lower floor. The lower bedroom and foyer have French doors opening to a large covered deck. There is a wine closet as well. The 2nd master bedroom with a walk in closet is situated on the upper floor.
Upstairs, you will find ceramic ash wood flooring, an open great room with a living, dining area, and kitchen all flowing together. The main deck off of the living room offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen boasts a Thermador 36" range with two ovens, one being a steam/convection oven. There is also a reverse osmosis filtration system, custom cabinets, and Cambria Quartz countertops. The main bathroom has marble tops with a 75" wide double vanity, and the shower is enclosed with 1/4 inch glass.
The house features ample space for parking. There is also a 220V electric car charging station in the garage.
The house includes high-speed wifi, three big-screen TVs (connected to wifi and pre-loaded with standard channels like Netflix, ESPN and Amazon Prime etc), several board games, a cocktail-making set, lay-down sleeper sofas on both floors (for 6), full size bunk beds with a twin trundle. The deck has 2 Adirondack chairs, BBQ smoker and an outdoor dining set.
