Nestled along Santa Rosa Creek, just one block from the restaurants and shops in Cambria’s East Village, Smith’s Landing offers you a single-level, private oasis.
If you love to cook, you will love our indoor and outdoor gourmet kitchens. If you love to dine, Cambria has great take-out, and our Mission Revival offers a large farmhouse table inside, and an even larger table on our backyard deck.
After dining, you’ll have your choice of walking down to the creek, soaking in the hot tub, sunning or stargazing, playing roulette, craps, blackjack, or poker on our casino gaming table, or collapsing into our sectional sofa, in front of a fire, to read, watch your favorite shows, or nap.
Two of our bedrooms offer queen-size beds with new foam mattresses, removable pillow tops, soft cotton sheets, and down-alternative comforters. The third bedroom doubles as a den or office, with a trundle bed and a desk. All three bedrooms have smart TV’s with Spectrum internet, and sleep timers.
The main bathroom has a shower over the tub. There’s a second, half bath, adjacent to the kitchen, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a mud room.
Dogs are welcome at Smith’s Landing, inside and out. The backyard is fully fenced and secure.
Off-street parking is available for three vehicles, in addition to a detached, single-car garage.

Several things broken, workers coming all through our stay. When we left, water filter and fireplace still not working. We asked for compensation, but haven't herd back? Still a beautiful house. We rebooked for next year, hoping everything is working by then

I’ve rented houses in Cambria for years now- this one is a favorite. It’s located between a motel and apartments but absolutely no issues. Wonderful hot tub. Perfect for dog owners. Management very helpful ! Front door lock needs replacement :)

We stayed at Smith's Landing for 3 months beginning New Years Day of 2025. The check-in process was flawless. When we arrived at the home, it was very clean and welcoming. It is an older home but we enjoyed the "bungalow" style. Having lived in Cambria many years ago, we prefer the east village. Seems more sunny and warmer. It was a short walk to several restaurants and the bakery. We highly recommend "JJs Pizza" and the "Cambria Cafe". Both were reasonably priced with great food choices. If you're a guy and need a haircut, go see "Zac" at "Corky's Barber Shop". All these places are just a short walk from the home. As with any stay lasting 3 months, little issues will arise but the wonderful ladies at "Scenic Coast Properties" responded quickly by sending over very nice repair people and all issues were handled quickly and with little disruption. We are already planning to return in the fall.
