Very clean, nice home in walking distance from the shore. Good location to explore Hwy 1 and Hearst Castle.

Property was clean and well stocked for our comfort. Great location and very easy to find. Pick up and drop off if keys and remote was seamless and very easy.

We had a wonderful time in Cambria!
The air conditioning didn't work very well upstairs.
The garage door opener didn't work.
The neighborhood was quiet and the location to the town and the beach was perfect!

This is a place where we have stayed for 6 years in a row. It’s a great little place for our family and it has everything we need.

Bright, cozy, charming property close to Fiscalini Preserve.

It was only my husband and I. We had no use for the downstairs bedroom but it was nice to have. I come to Camria every year for my birthday and this was my second rental with Scenic Coast. The home was dated but very clean, stocked and perfect. The upstairs shower was lovely, although I could get the window open to ventilate. It wasn't that serious. The living room TV sounds like the speakers are going out and the top window made it hard to watch in the day time. I loved the chair and a half, the balcony and the bed was so comfy. I always bring paper towels and toilet paper but the home was nicely stocked. I had the best stay. I recommend this home and Scenic Coast!!

Staying at Sea'Scape was a lovely experience. Clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely furnished. It was the perfect place for a relaxing stay with the ocean nearby to walk to and watch the sunsets, sea otters, and birds.

Our stay was very restful with the sound and smell of the ocean at high tide. The neighborhood was very quiet. The neighbors we did see were all nice and friendly. Loved the big windows in living room because they brought in lots of nice light. There was lots of fog - so no ocean view from the house. It looks like on clear days there is a small patch of ocean visible. The kitchen was well stocked and set up nicely. The bed firm but comfortable. Loved being so close to the ocean trail at Fiscalini Ranch Reserve — wonderful for morning and evening walks to see beautiful coast. We will definitely consider renting this home again.

We had a very comfortable stay. Property was in better shape than the reviews I had read. Furniture and bedding had both been updated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in a couple of nights well there. The contactless check in and out made it very easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to coastal walks just down the road.

We really enjoyed our time here and loved the location! We often left the windows open to listen to the waves. The house was cute with everything we needed. No frills but clean. We would come back.

Snuck away for the weekend with my sister and the kids and it was perfect for what we were looking for. It's so expensive to travel now, that we really just wanted a clean and spacious home as our home base as we adventured around the area. To be honest, we were expecting it to be worse than it was due to the images online and some of the reviews, but it was actually quite nice. The decor is dated, but we didn't mind that. We were right near the beach {5 min walk}, in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten track. It's a cute little beach town with some older homes and some newer renovated homes. Just as you would expect in an old beach town. 5 min drive to downtown Cambria. All the basics in the kitchen were available, including a fresh bag of ice in the freezer. We hit the grocery store upon arrival and brought some of our own food and spices. You may want to bring some of the basic parishables, as i believe most are leftover from previous stays, so you may not have what you need. BBQ onsite with coals in the kitchen for your use. Laundry onsite, etc. Very easy contactless check-in. The service is very spotty, so you may not have access to calls, but they do offer a local landline for emergencies and local needs. 2G wifi wasn't the strongest, but we were there to escape, so if anything that helped. It was great for our small little families. Will visit again!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient for 2 adults; could also work for 4. Scenic Coast Management gave excellent customer service. On the morning of Day 2, I sent a message about the TV not working and two problems in the downstairs bathroom. Kimberly tried calling and, when she couldn't reach us (we were out walking and unaware of the call), she stopped by in the early afternoon and showed us how to use the TV. The directions left in the unit were inaccurate. Shortly thereafter, the handyman came and fixed the sink and a loose piece of hardware. A couple of other issues that I did not report are that the A/C does not cool down the unit in the afternoon & evening, and that the Wifi and cell phone access do not work in the downstairs bedroom.

Also, the smoke detector is super sensitive, and was going off even though there was absolutely no food cooking that was burning, it was just a normal cooking. All of those things we consider to be minor. The furnishings are slightly worn and dated, but everything overall is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family loves coming to this home. It’s a perfect easy walk to the beach. I would definitely come back. I would like to see this place updated with blinds that work and replaced. Also, the top deck should be redone with new wood as it has nails sticking up and easily can get splinters if not walking carefully.

I loved my time at this home. Lots of sunlight, gas fireplace, bath tub and I could hear the ocean! The best past is that it was an easy walk to the beach-less than 4 houses away and nearby amazing trails. The checkin was simple. I work from home so the internet connection was key. No issues there. I felt safe and enjoyed the full kitchen. I like the house layout- I lived on the upstairs level. I have stayed at a lot of vacation Rentals so I appreciated the garage for privacy and easy entry. I also noticed no spiders or bugs. Thank you for this sweet home by the ocean!

Lovely little house with comfortable amenities. Not on a hill, so very easy to park. Just a few steps to the beach. Heating two levels was tricky at first, we had to work at the downstairs not freezing and the upstairs being too warm.

This experience was very smooth and met our expectations. The property management was professional and easy to access. The home was clean and comfortable. We plan to return.

There was a problem with the barbecue, and they promptly brought us a new barbecue within a couple of hours. The kitchen, although having the basic necessities, is not well stocked. There’s no foil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags. Little in the way of spices. Really the bear necessities. So that could be improved upon. Also, some of the wood blinds in the master bedroom, and also in the kitchen are missing wands or had the wands broken. So those need to be repaired. One of the sliding screen doors leading out onto the deck popped off of its track, and we could not get it back on, so we informed the property management folks. They are extremely responsive and helpful. All of these things I mentioned are not big deals, but rather little details that could be improved upon. Overall, a wonderful stay in a wonderful house at an incredible location.

On a quiet street just a block back from the ocean and a short walk to large and small parks this is perfect for a restful retreat. The beds are extremely comfortable. Small but well laid out for two private rooms and baths. Note a steep stairway to main floor. There are a few small maintenance needs that I mentioned and I am sure will be attended to. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful management folks.

We struggled to find reasonably priced coastal accommodation for our five-day SLO CAL stay until we hit upon this house. Even though it has not been updated in a few decades, it was clean and comfortable. Just right for my young family, even better if they had a stair gate and cot for babies. One minute's walk to the beautiful beach and a few more to the nature reserve.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the Sea'Scape rental. It was spotless, bedroom and bedding were exceptionally clean and comfortabe. The kitchen was well appointed with basic tools and appliances. The deck affords some view of the ocean and was a great spot for viewing a large number of bird species including swallows, finches, hummingbirds and, of course, a large variety of seabirds including pelicans, gulls, and terns. It's possible to walk/hike from the house north on Windsor Blvd., through Fiscalini Ranch on the bluffs trail, connect with Windsor Blvd. again in the next neighborhood, then to Moonstone Beach Park, via the Shamel Park access. One can walk Moonstone Beach Park northward all the way to Hearst San Simeon State Park, which provides a couple more miles of trails in the San Simeon Creek watershed area just east of Highway 1. This continuous series of trails and Moonstone Beach boardwalk paths make for an incredible experience of this beautiful coast. Our favorite places to dine include the Sea Chest and The Moonstone Beach Bar and Grill, both on Moonstone Beach Drive, and Robin's in the Cambria's East Village. Linn's, in the East Village, is great for breakfast. Cambria is a very special place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this house. It's next to the ocean and two parks. It's cozy with big windows, a fireplace and full kitchen. Very quiet area. Loved it, perfect for some R&R.

All we needed was on the upper floor. Weather was great for early February.

Excellent location, beautiful weather and great company made it a fantastic weekend. Home was close to Tescalini Point for morning walks and quick ride into Main Street Cambria.

There is a partial ocean view from the front windows. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained. The home was in excellent condition and clean. The living room television (the only one of the three present we used), internet wi-fi, and appliances all worked fine (although we did not use the clothes washer and dryer located in the garage). The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Most of the living space is upstairs; only the master bedroom and bath are downstairs. We used the upstairs bedroom for convenience and found the king-size bed quite comfortable. We also appreciated being able to keep our car in the garage. This rental property is a good value and is easy to recommend.

This is our second time at this same rental unit. It's in the perfect spot to hit the water within five minutes. You can easily hear the surf at night. If you plan on cooking, DO bring all your own spices and oils, etc, as any spices there are old. Oh, and there's salt & pepper, but not in useable shakers. Assume the kitchen has cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, but NOTHING else, and you should be fine, lol.

The first thing that impressed us when we entered the rental was how clean it was. The kitchen had what we needed without the cupboards and drawers being cluttered. Both bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The house was located close to the ocean and Fiscalini trails. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Sea'Scape is a wonderful place! The property was clean, it is located in a perfect location, and the communication with the property managers was easy.
