I love this home! Ocean views, modern, well-designed home, fast charging electric car charger, walking distance to the preserve and Moonstone Beach, cute yard that was great for our young kids. Absolutely perfect! The rental we’ve been looking for for 5 years for our annual trip to Cambria.

We enjoyed our stay at Park Hill very much. It's a perfect stay for 2 couples, had everything we needed for making meals and I would love to stay again.

Fantastic house. Clean, great location. Well stocked. Both coffee machine was really slow. Took almost 30 minutes for 6 cups. Other than that a great house. We'll be back!

Everything was great! The only issue we had was one of the screen doors to outside in the master bedroom didn’t work right. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Would rent again !

Home is in a great Park Hill neighborhood location. Nice partial ocean view from upper level. Furniture and decor are comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and serving. Has several outdoor areas. The area of the second bedroom needed cleaning and vegetation cleanup.

Really enjoyed staying here.

Our only recommendation is to get more kitchen and hand towels. Only found 2 hand towels and one kitchen towel.

My husband, son and I came here for a week in August for a sorely needed vacation. We love running through the neighborhood to Fiscalini Ranch, visiting Moonstone Beach, going to the Cambria Famers' Markert and just enjoying Cambria's incredible air and light. The house was perfectly furnished and so comfortable and clean. We would love to stay here again!

Check-in was SO easy - doing no-contact check-ins during this time is wonderful. The house is memorable. This was easily the most beautiful vacation rental I’ve stayed in at this price point. There was SO much space both inside and out, and I loved how the house made the outdoors the focal point. So many little nooks and well-appointed outdoor spaces.
To be walking distance to a little park at the ocean’s edge was the highlight. To be able to hear the ocean waves from a block and a bit away, was such a wonderful surprise. This house was perfection! I can’t wait to come back...and I’ll definitely be back!

House is conveniently located and walking distance to beach and hiking trails. We loved Cambria! House was very comfortable and cozy. We cooked a lot and kitchen pretty much had everything we needed. Deer were in the yard in the morning and we saw otters in the water. One thing I think could improve is the window covering in the master bath. The shade was basically see through (especially at night) which was a little weird. But overall we had an awesome time!

We have visited Cambria twice a year for the last 4 years and this is our second time renting a home. We will never stay in a hotel again if we can avoid it. This house was amazing and had more than we needed to accommodate our family. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to a great park and the beach. Sunsets, sunrises and walks were the best part! We ate almost every meal on the nice patio outside and really got to enjoy the ocean view. The cherry on top is that I left a very important item behind and they were able to ship it back to me quickly. The office has friendly associates and they always make doing business with them a great experience.

Just a wonderful property in what we consider an ideal Cambria location. Easy access to all that Cambria offers, beautiful views, great setup/layout and a place we will be happy to return to year after year!

When we arrived and were parking in the driveway, I noticed a stone shaped lawn art stake. From that moment on, I knew we were in the right place for our first trip outside a 60 mile radius of our home since Feb. We found everything as we had seen on the photos and as we expected. The proximity to the bluff at sunset, the hiking trail through Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and a short distance from Moonstone Beach as well as downtown Cambria made this location perfect for us. The sunsets from the deck were spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the relaxation we were looking for to quiet our souls was complete. We were impressed with how everyone was wearing a mask not only in town but also when we were walking in the preserve as well as on the moonstone walkway.

Probably one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in! Check in was contactless and worry-free in these Covid days. The home and grounds were clean, well maintained, accurately depicted, and comfortable We enjoyed the easy access to the beaches, the town, and the restaurants.

Everything about Park Hill was as described and shown. Really nice space, views and well provisioned. Only negative was that the master bedroom and bath which is downstairs had a very mildewy, moldy smell. Once we opened up the doors and turned on the fan it got better but still wasn't perfect.

Nicely decorated home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable place to hang out in between looking for moonstones and shells on the beach and heading out for nearby wine tasting. Everything was as described and everything worked. The wrap-around deck was perfect for viewing the ocean and dining outside. Some reviews complained about the driveway, but it really is not a big issue (unless you wanted to park a big-rig). We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place with all the comforts of home. its located 2 blocks from the ocean and you can hear the waves day and night. we have been renting in this area for the past ten years. this is our second time renting this home. Best one yet. Management company is the best!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Hill Ocean Views. Several times during our stay we took the 10 minute or so walk to the beach via Shamel Park, which was wonderful. Everything about the home was perfect for us – the pictures are completely accurate. The living room furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. It was nice having a full bathroom in the downstairs bedroom, the only drawback being the blind covering the window over the tub; you can see right through it at night with the light on. The living room and both bedrooms have large flat screen TVs with a good selection of programs to watch, including on demand. I heard no complaints about the WiFi, so it’s safe to say it worked just fine.
Checking in and out with Scenic Coast Properties was a breeze and we really appreciated the goodie bag given to us upon arrival. The chocolates were the first to go!
We would definitely stay at this lovely home again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. The only downside is something that really can’t be remedied, the driveway. It is very narrow with a large shrub on one side and the house on the other. There is no street parking allowed so you have to make allowances.

The rental property was as stated in the description. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable (the pillows were too soft for me). We enjoyed playing UNO on the deck and having some relaxing, quality family time.

Very, very clean inside and out! Wonderful amenities. Great location!! Could use a few more pots and pans and sharp knives. I would definitely come back!!

Scenic Coast was responsive and brought over ant traps and Windex as we did not want to have someone come spray while we were staying there. The problem improved but did not go away so we just stored all of our food in the refrigerator. The issue was annoying but did not ruin our stay or stop us from using the well equipped kitchen. Hopefully they’ll remedy the problem quickly.
The only other issue was that the listing mentions a washer and dryer as an amenity in the house but they are not there. Luckily we are over packers so we were fine being there all week without needing to do laundry.

This home has a beautiful view from any angle. It has a terrific fire pit outside that is great for smores and relaxation. The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is great to cook in. All in all this home is amazing and perfect for the family who wants to unwind and hear the songs of the ocean.

We come to Cambria once a year to enjoy the ocean and wine taste in Paso. This house is a great place as it is nice and close to the ocean, close to Moonstone Beach and the village. It is a good size, clean and fitted with just about everything you need. We stayed five nights and hated to leave. Nice view too! Just bring your clothes and food, and you're ready to go.

We have stayed at this property several times and always love it! The new owners have remodeled and decorated the house very well.Great open floor plan in the kitchen/living area.The house is comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay in Cambria. The view from the deck and inside the living area is wonderful! The soaking tub in the master bath is very relaxing. It's close to town, and the ocean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Take a walk down the street just a block and a half away, and you'll find a nice little park overlooking the ocean, with benches to sit and enjoy the sunsets and listen to the waves breaking on the shore, so relaxing! Or stay inside on rainy days and enjoy the fireplace and big screen 's perfect any time of year!
