This Park Hill neighborhood beach house has beautiful ocean views, and is within walking distance to the breathtaking hiking trails along the ocean at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach. The spacious king bedroom located upstairs has a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The downstairs has 2 queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms have linen, bedding and cotton towels. There are large picture windows throughout the house. The well-equipped kitchen has new appliances, ample cookware and tableware. The open concept living room has a high beam ceiling with comfy sofas and dining table (seats 6 or more with leaf), both with ocean views. You can hear the ocean through the kitchen and living room windows. The third story loft has stunning ocean views. A full-size washer/dryer is in the garage. Parking is available either in the garage or in the driveway. This beach house is a perfect home away from home. The house is terrific. Great location - walking distance to the water and to town; very quiet; the neighborhood has deer and turkeys. Very comfortable - great beds, fully stocked kitchen.
It has three levels, so if you don't like stairs, this isn't the place for you.

Perfect for our group of 5! Close to the beach, Hearst, elephant seals, morrow bay... fireplace for ambience, well provisioned kitchen... plenty of room for all of us! Would stay there again!

This is a great place to stay for a vacation in Cambria! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nicely licated to take advantage of all that the central coast has to offer for sightseeing and recreation. The check and out process was simple and the property manager responded to requests promptly. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation!
The blinds in the Master bedroom need to be blackouts. Hard to get rest with the lighting coming through when any neighbor has exterior lights on. Other than this, it’s a great place to stay.
