Overall we had a terrific stay here. The location is fabulous, with a great ocean view, privacy and wonderful walks out the front door in both directions (both Fiscalini and Moonstone Beach easily walkable). Lots of outdoor space with a courtyard as well as two levels of decks, which meant there was almost always an outdoor area that was sheltered from the wind. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality knives, cookware, etc.
We had some minor issues with ants and electrical/heating problems in the TV room, but the management company was very responsive. Also would recommend the pre-stay cleaning be done immediately before the check-in date, as there were some cobwebs and dead bugs when we arrived. Nits aside, the house and setting were beautiful and we enjoyed our visit.
We loved the house with its great location near Fiscalini Ranch and stunning views. The house was designed for the view and no matter where you are in the livingroom diningroom, you have wonderful views. Beds were very comfortable however it would have been nice to have king beds in both rooms as there is space. The house was clean and in good repair. The management company was extremly helpful. The only thing I would note is that it would have been nice if there were two more comfortable chairs in the livingroom. This is were we spent the majority of our time because of the view and it only has a couch that comfortably seats 3 and the rest are hard straight back chairs. With 4 people, someone always had to sit in the hard chair. The decks allowed you to enjoy the private beach. We highly recommend this house.
