Park Hill Beach House

This rental allows us to use the garage, which is a plus during the rainy day. Good distance to the beach. Owner good investment for the kitchen pots and pans. We will be back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home which is a short walk to ocean benches and park. Nicely stocked kitchen with all you need to cook meals. King sized bed is very comfortable. Lovely patio and front porch chairs allowed for us to enjoy the sunny days. Great location! Not fancy but very functional and comfortable.

Cambria is our place for vacation several times a year. We love the homes Scenic Coast has available and if there is ever an issue they are quick to fix it. This was a perfect vacation and the weather was warm, sunny and relaxing. We saw the Comet and a satellite train, the sky was so clear. Windsor Castle is our favorite stay.

Perfect location to walk the dogs near Shamel Park and beach. Nicely stocked kitchen, big garage, easy access.

Relaxing, rejuvenating, perfect weather. Every time I come to Cambria, I check out the real estate listings and think "could we possibly afford to move here?" Unfortunately, the answer is generally "no."

We took time away from home to have different scenery while still working remotely. This place has a great office to connect and work remotely. We very much enjoyed our time there. We were able to use the grill, and had a pretty well-stocked kitchen. The weather wasn't warm quite yet, but it did begin to feel warm inside the house so we had to open windows to let outside cooler air in during the evenings, but otherwise it was a great place for us to work remotely.

The house is well appointed. You have everything you need. I loved the layout with the bedrooms located on opposite sides of house. We had 2 teens with us and it afforded privacy. The furnishings are a bit dated but really who cares. House is clean. Location is amazing. This may be our new “go to” house up here.

We visit Cambria often and have rented many houses. This was a small house, perfect for 2-4 people. A bit of a strange layout but comfortable. My only real complaint was the lighting in the living room wasn’t the best. On a sunny day with the blinds open it was good, but the lighting wasn’t bright enough in the evening.

Perfect place to stay for my dog and myself, close to Fiscalini Ranch, Moonstone Beach and Main town area of Cambria. House was clean, kept well, could use some updating in some areas but had all I needed to have wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at the Park Hill Beach house -- wonderful home, great location to the beach, pet friendly yet clean and fresh. We will return. It is a gem!

I spent 5 nights in this lovely home. It is in a great location between Shamel
Park and Fiscalini Preserve. I had my dog with me and he loved walking in the area. The house is set back from the street making it quiet and private. An easy drive to see elephant seals or to Cambria for shopping.

I was so happy to walk into a home that was immaculate. I rented through another company last time and the unit was dirty and poorly maintained. The home was exactly what we were looking for in our favorite neighborhood in Cambria.

We loved the location close to the trails, park, beach and many eateries. The vibe in the house is welcoming and peaceful. This rental can benefit from some upgrades such as a working recliner in the living room, smart tv’s in all the bedrooms and new carpeting. The house had a musty smell especially in the kitchen and there is an active ant infestation in the kitchen.
This is a lovely home and aside from the stated issues we had a lovely time and look forward to our next stay.

The back patio cover(transparent) was covered with insect corpses which made sitting out there not a viable option. We rented this property because it was the only one available on our desired dates. That says more than anything else I could say.

Our first stay at this Charming Clean and Comfortable Beach House. We enjoyed the location near town and the close walk to the cliffs. The garage was a plus. We would definitely recommend this little charmer to Friends and would stay here again!

This home was in an amazing location. Steps to the beach and a short walk to Shamel Park and Fiscialani Ranch. The home was very clean upon entry and has ample room for two couples. The dedicated office was a nice bonus for working remotely. The home is very dated and could use some upgrades, but comes equipped with everything you need.

My friend and I, both vulnerable seniors, took a short break from sheltering in place on the Monterey Peninsula to shelter in place at Park Hill Beach House in Cambria. It was glorious! From walks along the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve loop trail to walks along the Moonstone Beach boardwalk, we were in heaven. Local restaurants offered food delivery, so we dined in style. With our books, movies and the scenery, this was a perfect getaway.

The kitchen is small but very convenient and bright. The office is also a very nice and unexpected feature. Overall, we spent a great week there.

The house was sweet, clean and completely supplied with clean linen and utensils. The only issue was with the plumbing on the north side of the property. It needs serious attention. But, our stay was fun.

We moved to this house after the other one we rented gave us allergies from the rug. This house has rugs, but everything was very clean! The layout is great, bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. I would highly recommend this house. One thing that could be improved is the water pressure in master bedroom shower. That said, we would still rent again.

Park Hill Beach House is in the perfect location to enjoy both the Moonstone Beach boardwalk and the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Compact, but clean and well organized. The spacious garage is available for covered parking. Though on Main Street, the house is set back and quiet, looking out to the ocean view.

We absolutely loved the coziness and vicinity of this home. The area is simply beautiful and we plan on renting this home for a week next year!!

Very nice location, we watched the fireworks from the drive way. nice bar bee q need some cooking utencels had some ant problems, but who cares. have you refunded the $500.00 deposit?

We had a fabulous time at the Windsor Castle. It is a very nice house and convenient to everything in Cambria. Close to the ocean for our daily walks. Close to the Sea Cjest which is our favorite restaurant. Clean, well equipped. Couldn't be better. We will try to stay again.

This is a nice little home with a perfect lication--1/2 way between Fiscalini Ranch Preserve with its 11miles of hiking trail and spectacular views of the ocean, and Shamel Park with picnic tables and access to Moonstone Beach. Our family had a wonderful time.

Good location - easy access to Fiscalini Ranch, Hwy 1, the West Village, Shamel Park, etc. Simple, clean property. We stayed 8 nights and would consider staying here again. our only issue was that the gas grill is a bit worn out - functional, but could be replaced. Otherwise - no problems.

we had ants in the back bedroom and kitchen. we were fighting them off and my friends ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room.Also no TV in the master bedroom. Cable box didnt work.

I rented this for the my aunt/uncle and in-laws. Great house, the rooms are separate giving couples privacy. Cozy house, great location.
