The cape cod house worked out great for our group. House was clean and well stocked. Location was great and parking was adequate.
Plenty of room to gather visit and share meals.
Will rent here again.

We just booked Cape Cod Charm for the third time due to its high level of comfort, charm amenities, and location.

We stayed with friends for a long weekend and had a lovely time. The house was clean and so well equipped. Everything we could ask for was at our fingertips. The location is convenient to great walks and so close to town. We will certainly come back again. We also love working with Scenic Coast Properties.

We enjoyed out stay at Cape Cod Charm by the Sea! Loved the brightness of the house. However, if you are alergic to fragrances you may want to bring your own sheets and towels like I did because the fragrances are pretty strong.

We have been renting from Scenic Coast for many years and this is our first time in this house. What a lovely place! The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable, high-quality furniture and is in great shape and very well-equipped. We appreciated the selection of games and movies and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent: close to highway one and the West Village and Moonstone Beach. We would definitely choose this house again. The only negative is that you feel a bit hemmed in by the neighboring houses (The one to the west is situated so that it blocks the ocean view from the front porch.) and so we had to keep some of the shades down. But that's part of the price you pay for being so close to the water in the Park Hill neighborhood. We have often stayed on the other side of the Fiscalini and there, many of the houses have a yard and a more isolated feel, but you are also not as close to Moonstone Beach and the town.

This home is so awesome, it has everything you need for your stay! Thank you Senic Coast , you guys are the BEST!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cape Cod house. My family (husband, daughter and son-in-law and two granddaughters) enjoyed the house. We were in town to see family. The house was clean, arranged nicely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being close to Shamel Park and listening to the ocean waves. We hope to return next year.

My wife Donna and I are in ministry and decided to rent this home for a week-long spiritual retreat. This is a very quiet street with little traffic noise. The well-lit dining room table was perfect for us to spread out reading materials, laptops, coffee cups, etc. The kitchen has every modern appliance - - except for a popcorn popper. The living room has a widescreen TV with Roku and all viewing apps including Pure Flix and Hallmark Movies. The upstairs bedroom was so quiet we opened the windows at night and were lulled to sleep listening to waves crashing. The Master BR has a great washer and dryer and a walk-in closet. The location is easy walking to Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Reserve. We highly recommend!!

This year’s visit to Cambria was one of the BEST! First Cape Cod by the Sea, is one of the Best places to rent! It’s just a spacious house, great amenities, location is awesome, a block and a half from the Ocean, fully stocked with everything you need. Already reserved for next year! This home is so comfortable and one of the nicest and cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed in. It is very well maintained. The kitchen is so well stocked and fun to cook in. Thoroughly enjoyed the view from the kitchen and back deck. We only used the upstairs master but the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had the best sleep we've had in years. Really enjoyed the QUICK walk to the park and beach each day. We sadly will not be staying here again because we like to bring our dog to Cambria and this is no longer pet friendly.

Scenic Coast has the best vacation properties in Cambria. The staff is helpful, attentive, and knows their properties well. I highly recommend their service.

We had a nice stay. The scarecrows in town get better every year. The home was clean and all the appliances and plumbing worked well. The refrigerator needed a new water filter. It would be nice to have shades on the 4 living room windows that face the houses across the street.

We just completed a 3 night stay at this 3 BR, 2 story house. It was decently furnished, clean, and in good shape. It has a good sized kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms that share a nice bathroom. The only issue there is you have to walk thru 1 bedroom to get to the other OR use its outside door.

What a great escape! Very clean and nicely outfitted. Easy check in and check out. Great view's & Love the open fell of the upstairs area, great kitchen which was nicely stocked with anything you could imagine needing. Loved this place.

Loved our stay at Cape Cod Charm by the Sea. It was super cozy and had everything we needed. My only even better if's would be in there was a way to get the neighbor to trim the giant tree next door that blocks much of the view and if the little back area were to be fenced in, it would be even better for a dog friendly location. Other than that, can not recommend more highly.

This house is beyond awesome! The location is so convenient, just a block from the ocean, 3 blocks from Shamel Park. The house has everything you need to be comfortable! Now, just a couple of negatives, I think it needs a new bed in the primary bedroom, a CALKING then you could put an end table with a light. This next one probably can’t be changed, the big tree by the front deck needs pruning badly! It’s not on Debra’s property, so it may not happen, if it was pruned it would take this house to another level!!!! That being said, already rented it for next year, and this house has become our favorite, and we’ve rented a lot of houses in Cambria.

This was the 5th year we stayed at this property and we and planning to stay again next year. Cap Cod by the Sea is s lovely home with everything to mske your vacation wonderful. We highly recomend it.

I believe this is our fault for not carefully reading the description, but we were surprised by the walk-through situation with the two rooms downstairs. We were all family so it was fine but we were not expecting that set-up. Other than that tiny surprise, the house is as perfect as I’ve ever experienced in a rental. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The four of us wine tasted, hiked, went out to dinner, bbq’ed and walked along the shore. The house was very comfortable, well appointed and great location.

What a wonderful vacation home. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We had such a relaxing time here. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view from the large kitchen windows. The kitchen is a chef's delight; it had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals. The beds are really comfortable and cozy. We loved that we were not that far from the ocean, just a few blocks away, which made it really nice for daily walks.

Scenic Coastal is vwry easy to deal with. Drive up sign paperwork then off to our beautiful home away from home. The house was exactly as described. It was immaculate and well stocked. The location was just awesome. Nice easy walk to fabulous view of the ocean. Made it so easy to take lovey morning walks.

We do come to Cambria often and have stayed in various rental homes but this house was the most beautiful and comfortable of all. Simply amazing!

This was the fourth time we've rented Cape Cod Charm by the Sea, and probably the dozenth time renting with Scenic Coast Properties. Clearly, this is our favorite. Great location, beautiful house with great amenities. The kitchen and great room and bathrooms are amazing. We to spend at least 1 week a year here as long as it's available.

This was a hard earned trip and the family needed a getaway. "Cape Cod Charm By the Sea" fulfilled all our expectations. The location was great for bird watching and walks. The house was perfect for hanging out, reading, cooking in a fantastic kitchen, and watching the World Series. We are looking forward to a return visit.

I would give this property a 5 rating! The home was wonderful, including location, amenities & cleanness. A very nice touch to have a bottle of Champagne waiting for us iin the refrigerator. The area was very peaceful, only a few steps to the ocean and that marvelous sound of waves crashing could be heard throughout the home. Just a couple of small suggestions to owner, the coffee make is not working but there was a lovely Kurig machine so we just needed to buy a supply of pods. The mattress & bedding in upstairs bedroom needs attention.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a couple of additional days. Overall a wonderful stay in beautiful Cambria!

We stayed at this property for a week, working from there with long walks on the beach in the AM and after work. House was spacious, sanitized and we felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped. we may do this again every six weeks!

When I reserved this home in your office last year, I was not told that the garage was not included. I wouldn't have rented it if I had known that. Then, the next door neighbor was having some work done on the driveway, so from 8 am to 6 pm(sometimes until sunset), all you could hear all day were power saws running. No waking up to the sound of the ocean. So much for peace and quiet. The house was in a great area and it was nice and clean, but I won't rent it again due to not having garage access.

This is a very well-maintained and comfortable house. The kitchen is fully and stylishly equipped, and the bathrooms have been nicely re-done. Our party was 2 couples, so the King beds upstairs and downstairs worked well. The second downstairs bedroom and the downstairs bathroom are accessed through the other downstairs bedroom, which would work best for a family with children. We are repeat customers of Scenic Coast, and everything was up to their usual high standards. With the ongoing pandemic, we inquired of Scenic Coast before booking about sanitizing practices, and got a prompt and satisfactory response. Despite COVID, our favorite things to do in and around Cambria were all available to do, including walking along Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, picking up the world's best cookies at Red Moose (be there when they open!), wine tasting (outdoors) in Cambria (Stolo) and Paso Robles (Still Waters, Booker), walking our dog on the beach in Cayucos, checking out the elephant seals, and visiting Ragged Point. Dinners were cook at home or takeout area restaurants, although many of the restaurants were open for socially distanced indoor dining. Scenic Coast's contact-free pick-up and drop-off of keys and rental agreements was easy and convenient. Highly recommend Scenic Coast and Cape Cod Charm by the Sea for your Cambria getaway.

We have stayed in Cambria many times at different properties on and away from the beach. This is a great location, house was extremely clean with all the amenities and excellent laid out kitchen. The upstairs master bed was super comfy. We loved sitting out on the deck for our evening happy hour after our daily hikes. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again!!

Had a lovely stay overall! The beach was a pleasant short walk away which was very nice. House was mostly updated and front exterior was gorgeous. Reason for less than 5 stars, there were some stains downstairs, the very small rear yard wasn’t grass, dog picked up stickers, the upstairs railing seemed wide and made us nervous with said dog. Also we couldn’t access the garage but didn’t end up being an issue as I originally thought. The neighborhood was beautiful, very quiet, friendly people and short drive to Moonstone Beach Drive or Main Street.

This house was just as pictured. It was very clean; had a generous supply of towels and kitchenware; and was in a great location. There is a park and beach down the street - great to watch the sunset. Check-in was simple.

This is a beautiful home and very well maintained. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and very well equipped. It is a short mile walk to town and 1/2 mile to beach. We have stayed in this house many times and will stay again it is one of our favorite houses to rent. Scenic Coast is great to do business with and very responsive to your needs.

Our vacation home was wonderful. The first thing we noted was how clean and well stocked the whole house was. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and had every spice one could possibly use. This is the third time we have rented this house and plan to do it again, often.

This home was the perfect location (close to ocean & town) to celebrate our families anniversaries, Mother's Day and a birthday. Very spacious and super clean. Only stayed 3 nights but will definitely be back!

The house was clean and comfortable. The house could have used more cooking tools (spoons and spatulas). But all else was fine.
We all wish the neighbor would chop their tree down so we could of had more of an ocean view. Maybe there is a regulation and you cant. But... if it was chopped the view would have been amazing!

This was our 4th year (I think) renting this house. We love the layout and the kitchen has everything we needed. The large kitchen table is great for eating and playing board games. There is lots of seating in the living room. Love how close it is to the park and beach.

Scenic Coast was very easy and hassle free to deal with. This home is amazing! We will return. Close walk to shamel beach. You can hear the waves inside. More than a vacation rental this place was a home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Plymouth House. Main living area, including the master suite, is upstairs. The owner has thoughtfully provided for the guests who stay at this property. Lots of games, books to read, videos to watch, comfortable seating in the living area, two decks and a very well equipped kitchen, including a chilled bottle of champagne in the 'fridge! The house was immaculate. Two bedrooms downstairs allowed for privacy. Spacious bathrooms upstairs and down. Easy walk to the park and to Moonstone Beach. There is a little cove at the end of the street where you can sit on a bench and watch the waves and photograph sunsets. Over the years, I have rented several different homes in Cambria. The comforts of Plymouth House make it my favorite. Can't wait to come back.

We have stayed at this location several times. It fits our location needs. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms are great size. Only suggestion, is that the bed in the master is beyond it's prime and is lumpy. Everything else is outstanding. Prior guests don't always wash dishes thoroughly, but this happens at every rental location.

We've been vacationing in Cambria for over 20 years but this was the first time we took my son and daughter in law. The house was beautiful newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. We were close enough to hear the ocean and walk into town for coffee in the mornings. The houses furnishing were comfortable and the new flat screen tv was great. Also had a new gas bbq. It was truly a great place to stay and we'll be back next year hopefully in the same house.
