Great vacation condo located on the bluff overlooking San Simeon Beach. This is an ideal location if you want to visit San Simeon's Hearst Castle. It is also very close to picturesque Cambria, which is known for great restaurants, shopping and charm. The gateway to Big Sur, it is perfect if you plan on traveling up scenic Highway 1. This vacation condo has steps to the beach right out the back door, easy access for long romantic walks on the sand. You are within a short stroll to the restaurants and shop in San Simeon. This is a great location for lots of activities or non-activity.
Children are welcome. Sorry, no pets. For those who smoke, please do so outside.

Booking Policies:
A $35 processing fee is required on each reservation. Deposit of $238.15 at time of booking. A bounced check will incur a $30 fee. Balance to be paid by check two weeks before arrival or credit card at time of arrival. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 9%and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.
Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation fee is $87.20. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
