When you turn onto Moonstone Beach Drive to get to this home, you understand why you chose Cambria to get away for a while. People leisurely walking on the boardwalk, sitting on secluded benches on the bluffs, surfers and runners all enjoying our lovely landscape. You come upon the house, and drive through the private gate that surrounds the property. Once you step   out of the car and turn around, you will realize that you have just stepped onto a most unique property. The yards surrounding the  house are plentiful, with a hammock, and Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the incredible view. Once inside you will be able to see that view from nearly every window in the house. The privacy this home offers, along with the comfort and amenities make it a sanctuary,    where you will relax, and slow down the pace. The dining room has seating for 6, and three bedrooms offer a king, a queen & two twin beds. There are two baths, the main bath has a claw foot bathtub, the second a shower. This house is perfect for a family reunion, or an intimate getaway for two. This home is pet friendly, with permission, you can bring your dog, too! IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN SIX IN YOUR PARTY, YOU CAN RENT THE OLD MOONSTONE COTTAGE TO ACOMMODATE TWO MORE GUESTS, IT IS SITUATED ON THE SAME PROPERTY, JUST BEHIND THE HOUSE.  If you book the Fourth of July holiday, you can view our own Fireworks display from the front yard of this house! Shamel Park offers an entire day of food, fun & music for the entire family, within walking distance of the house.  Come and stay at Old Moonstone House, and come away with a slice of Cambria. You won't regret it.

Flat Rate: up to 6 guests. $375.00 Daily / $2250.00 Weekly
Off Season Rate: up to 6 guests. $275.00 Daily / $1650.00 Weekly

Additional pet fee of $10.00 per day and an additional $25.00 cleaning fee if you bring a pet.

1.
CHECK-IN TIME: After 3:00 p.m.    LOCATION:  683 MAIN STREET - CAMBRIA.  
    LATE or EARLY check-in may be made by arrangement only.
2. CHECK-OUT TIME: By 11:00 a.m. or by arrangement.
    UPON
DEPARTURE: Please follow the directions outlined in your check-in agreement.

3. RATES:  All rental prices are quoted on a daily or weekly basis and do not include applicable tax and fees.  A 11% Bed Tax is applicable to all homes in Cambria. There is a $10 additional nightly rate for pet friendly homes, when you bring a pet. RENTAL WEEK: Any consecutive 7-day period. The weekly rate is calculated at 6 times the daily rate - 1 day is free.  A $39.00 processing fee is required on all reservations.   Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Some properties have seasonal rates. Please check with the office for details.

4. CLEANING: Cleaning is charged as an extra and payable prior to or at check-in along with balance due. Any excessive cleaning charges will be charged to your credit card on file.

5. PAYMENTS: Make all checks payable to Scenic Coast Properties.  A $39 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $250 at time of booking for bookings under $600, and $450 for bookings over $600.
     PERSONAL CHECKS:  Must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival. $30 fee for any returned checks.

CANCELLATION:  If you cancel your reservation 60 days in advance of arrival date, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of arrival date, you will lose your entire deposit.


6. OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS:  Occupancy
MUST NOT EXCEED number stated in either the occupancy agreement or the description of each rental unit.  NO LARGE PARTIES PERMITTED IN ANY HOMES UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED WITH MANAGEMENT OFFICE.
    HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED at any of our homes. Should you misrepresent your group or gather too many      
    people not registered at the home we can deny occupancy.  In this case, NO REFUND will be given.
    SHARING A VACATION HOME:  If you are vacationing with another family or families and plan to share a vacation home  
    or book more than one home, please make sure all parties are aware of the rental policies.  In particular, those policies    
    regarding pets and smoking.

7. FURNISHINGS:  PLEASE DO NOT rearrange any furnishings.

8. PETS: A $25 additional cleaning fee is required on all properties that allow petsSeveral local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.  

9. KEYS:  Will be provided to the property upon check-in and must be returned to our office on checkout day.  A $5 fee will be charged on all LOST KEYS.

10. SMOKING:  Please
DO NOT SMOKE inside any of the properties.  Smoking is permitted on balconies, decks or porches ONLY.

11. REPAIRS:  PLEASE notify our office IMMEDIATELY should anything in the home break or need attention.  Every effort will be made to correct any needed repairs as soon as possible.

12. TELEPHONES:  Unlimited local calls only.  NO long distance phone usage is permitted.  Please provide your own credit card or purchase a pre-paid phone card to place long distance calls. Long distance is defined as any prefix except - 927 - 924  - 926.  A $10 service fee, plus any toll charges, will apply on long distance calls.

You can choose to exercise a Non-refundable Damage Deposit Waiver option, at a cost of $35, at the time you place your reservation, which will relieve you of costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the property and its contents up to $1500. This Damage Deposit Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning, or payment of fines.

DISCLAIMER:  Scenic Coast Properties shall not be held responsible for damage or injury to tenant/s or any other person/s - guest/s; Agent will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism or other damages to tenant/s or guest/s personal property that may occur on any property or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof. Tenant/s agree to hold agent and owner/s harmless for any claims of damage or injury no matter how caused.  Every effort will be made to honor your reservation, but please understand there are some situations beyond our control.   Should the property be unavailable for any reason, Scenic Coast Property Management reserves the right to relocate you to another similar property or refund your deposit. SCENIC COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TENANCY.
