When you turn onto Moonstone Beach Drive to get to this home, you understand why you chose Cambria to get away for a while. People leisurely walking on the boardwalk, sitting on secluded benches on the bluffs, surfers and runners all enjoying our lovely landscape. You come upon the house, and drive through the private gate that surrounds the property. Once you step out of the car and turn around, you will realize that you have just stepped onto a most unique property. The yards surrounding the house are plentiful, with a hammock, and Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the incredible view. Once inside you will be able to see that view from nearly every window in the house. The privacy this home offers, along with the comfort and amenities make it a sanctuary, where you will relax, and slow down the pace. The dining room has seating for 6, and three bedrooms offer a king, a queen & two twin beds. There are two baths, the main bath has a claw foot bathtub, the second a shower. This house is perfect for a family reunion, or an intimate getaway for two. This home is pet friendly, with permission, you can bring your dog, too! If you book the Fourth of July holiday, you can view our own Fireworks display from the front yard of this house! Shamel Park offers an entire day of food, fun & music for the entire family, within walking distance of the house. Come and stay at the Old Moonstone House, and come away with a slice of Cambria. - Booking
Policies:
A $35 processing fee is required on each reservation. Deposit of $238.15 at time of booking. A bounced check will incur a $30 fee. Balance to be paid by check two weeks before arrival or credit card at time of arrival.
Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will
be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for
any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional
unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning
charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used
and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance
due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 9%and is
charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for
early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.
- Cancellation
Policies:
- Cancellation fee is $87.20. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
