Snuggle up in the Family Room and enjoy your favorite movie on DVD, VHS or plain ole' Cable TV. Listen to a CD with the sound of the wood burning fire crackling in the background. The kitchen is fully equipped even down to a salad spinner! Bring your laptop because this home has an added touch…..a separate bonus office-room with access to high-speed Internet. Your laptop will fit just right upon the desk. There's even a comfy chair with an ottoman to rest your feet on while you read your favorite book. You may close the sliding glass door hidden behind bamboo curtains for quiet/private time. The Second Bedroom is very accommodating with a Double/Twin Bunk Bed. Plenty of board games, puzzles and many decks of different types of card games for your enjoyment are at your fingertips. The large and quaint Master Bedroom has a very comfortable King Sleigh Bed, two nightstands, dresser, armoire and walk-in closet (just in case you'd like to stay for a month at a time). Why leave….there's a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Booking Policies:
A $35 processing fee is required on each reservation. Deposit of $238.15 at time of booking. A bounced check will incur a $30 fee. Balance to be paid by check two weeks before arrival or credit card at time of arrival. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 9%and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation fee is $87.20. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
