Description
Come to Cambria and stay at a unique home that borders the Fiscalini Ranch. You will have the unique experience of enjoying the views across this beautiful and undeveloped landscape. No telephone wires, no rooftops, just picture perfect views right down to Otter Cove and the ocean beyond. At dusk, walk to the end of the front yard, sit back on the bench and watch surf crashing on the rocks as the sun sets into the blue pacific.
And if the weather turns bad, just move inside. Relax back and watch the wind and waves from the cozy living room while sitting in front of the fireplace. Or maybe watch TV, or enjoy a movie from our extensive film library. Or perhaps a game of chess, a good book, or play one of the many board games with your family.
Upstairs the master bedroom is cozy and romantic with its own fireplace, flat screen tv with built-in DVD player, and private balcony with breathtaking ocean and ranch views. There is also a unique indoor/outdoor room that is a perfect warm and sunny place to catch a nap or share afternoon tea. We have made every effort to make your stay fun and comfortable, somewhere you don’t want to leave.

- Booking
Policies:
A $35 processing fee is required on each reservation. Deposit of $238.15 at time of booking. A bounced check will incur a $30 fee. Balance to be paid by check two
weeks before arrival or credit card at time of arrival. Your deposit will pay towards your
balance due. You will be required to provide a credit
card , at check in, for any additional charges that
may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or
excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is
determined by property and # of bedrooms used and
is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance
due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 9%and
is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be
given for early departure or fewer guests after the
home is occupied. -
- Cancellation
Policies:
- Cancellation fee is $87.20. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
