This house is simply but comfortably furnished with a King size bed and a futon.  Some of Ms. Werts' works are among the original prints in the house.

The house is located on a hill overlooking Cambria's Marine Terrace, and affords spectacular ocean views from nearly every room in the house.  There is a deck off the master bedroom with beautiful, white-water ocean views, as well as a more private, protected deck and garden in the backyard area.  You are a short walk to the ocean and the hiking trails of the Fiscalini Ranch Open space. This home offers free internet access and domestic long distance phone service.

Booking Policies:
A $35 processing fee is required on each reservation. Deposit of $238.15 at time of booking. A bounced check will incur a $30 fee. Balance to be paid by check two weeks before arrival or credit card at time of arrival. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 9%and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation fee is $87.20. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
