Bring your dog, and enjoy the natural beauty of the neighborhood, inviting you to walk down to the bluff trails on the Fiscalini Ranch. This home is decorated with a very personal, hand made touch, with lots of bright colors, and attention to little details, ensuring your stay will be a memorable one. You will have 2 bedrooms, a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and a bonus room with daybed, and entertainment alcove. A wood burning stove invites you to curl up and relax after a hard days work combing the town for antique treasures. Sip a glass of our fantastic local wine, and plan the next day's adventure. There is also a single car garage with washer & dryer. Just like home....Cambria style!!

Rate:
$1,700.00 per month

Security Deposit - We require a $1000 security deposit, and a credit card on file which is due at the time of booking for our monthly rentals.  This is to cover any damage to the premises or personal property, excessive cleaning, or excessive water use. Water is scarce here in Cambria, so please use it sparingly. An itemized deduction statement will be sent to you with the refund, within 30 days of your departure.

All our Homes are non-smoking.

Our housekeeping staff is available for cleaning throughout your stay, at the rate of $20 per hour. Many of our homes provide internet access. Be sure to check with us when booking a home. Telephone use is restricted to local calls only. A calling card is required for local toll, and long distance calls.

Booking Policies:
A $35 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $1000 is due at time of booking, unless arrival date is within 7 days, then payment in full is due at booking. The balance is due and payable within 30 days of your arrival.  You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges). No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied. 

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation fee is $250.00. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. If cancellation is made within 30 of arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total rent for your booking.
